RON ROSER (LANGTON BUSINESS SERVICES)

Even after forty years of business activity, Ron was never going to glide gracefully into retirement. The business "buzz" would always prove too strong a magnet.

So, after a career as a corporate banker and a member of Barclays' South East Regional Board of Directors, he joined top-five accountants, BDO Stoy Hayward to create a unique role as Business Development Manager.

Six years later came an opportunity to work as an independent consultant with a wide variety of professional practices and SME businesses and to specialise in the area he enjoys most; networking.

Ron is also Chairman of Caxtons Commercial Limited and a Director of Occupational Psychology Services Limited.

JOHN SAYER (JAZ MARKETING)

John has over forty years business to business experience in marketing and sales. He began in advertising and printing with Ogilvie and Mather and Hanson Trust Group before spending many years in senior management with Rank Xerox and Canon in both domestic and international markets.

For the past 14 years John has been running his own marketing agency JAZ Marketing, where he spends most of his time acting as a surrogate marketing director for his clients. He is now also Chamber Ambassador for the West Kent area.

He is interested in all types of sport including football, cricket, golf and badminton. He is a keen guitarist and also a qualified Kent FA football referee and mentor.
